Competitive Health Insurance
WaferTech offers employees a choice of two medical plans and dental plans. Group medical plan options are through Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Kaiser Permanante. Dental plan options are through Washington Dental Service or Kaiser Permanente. We are pleased to be able to provide these plans at a low cost to employees. -
Life Insurance Plan
While all employees are provided with a basic life and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan at no cost, employees have the option to purchase additional supplemental life and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment insurance at competitive rates. -
401(k) Retirement Plan
We want our employees to meet their financial & investment objectives for retirement. Our fully-loaded 401(k) plan is an excellent tool our employees can use to achieve these goals.- We match 100% of the first 3% & 50% of the next 3% in employee contributions
- All match dollars are immediately vested
- In addition to Traditional (pre-tax) contributions, our employees have the option of making Roth (post-tax) contributions
- In addition to the Plan's core mutual fund options, our employees have the option of investing in any mutual fund through the Plan's self-directed brokerage account feature
- We frequently invite our 401(k) service provider onsite to deliver financial seminars & individual financial consultations.

Disability Plans
Short and long-term disability benefits are provided to all employees at no cost. -
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees are given the opportunity to participate in the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account plans, which may provide employees with a tax-saving benefit. -
Employee Assistance Program
We consider emotional health to be essential to our employees’ overall wellness. Our Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service provided by a third party that gives WaferTech employees access to a multitude of resources and counseling services to help assist through many of life's challenges. -
Tuition Assistance Program
We provide financial assistance for approved courses, professional training and certifications that are not offered internally at WaferTech. -
Time Off Program
Time Off Program (TOP) hours accrue each pay period and may be used for vacation, sick time and/or other personal needs. Your TOP hours begin accruing at a set rate the day you start work and may be used immediately. We encourage you to use the hours that you accrue to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
We also observe nine holidays each year, which include: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
